If your order has not been shipped, please contact us mutubrand88@gmail.com and let us
know you would like to make changes to your order.
An item may be cancelled due to product availability. We also cannot accommodate multiple
purchases/quantities of a given sample. In addition, if we suspect that an order may be
fraudulent or contains unauthorized or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to refuse
processing the order. We will either cancel the order, or our customer service team will reach out
to you by email to confirm your order.
If the item is unopened, and unused we can accept the product back. Sadly, we do not offer freereturns at this time, and shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.
