Yes, we currently offer free shipping to select regions only.

Free standard shipping is available for customers located in Western Australia and Bali, Indonesia. For all other domestic and international destinations, shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

know you would like to make changes to your order.

An order may be cancelled for several reasons:

• The item is no longer available or out of stock
• We are unable to fulfil multiple quantities of a limited sample item
• The order appears to be fraudulent or contains suspicious or unauthorized activity

In such cases, we may cancel the order directly or contact you via email to confirm the details before proceeding. Our priority is to protect our customers and ensure a fair and secure shopping experience.

If the item is unopened, and unused we can accept the product back. Sadly, we do not offer freereturns at this time, and shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.
